The sensitive external and internal refurbishment and modernisation programme honours the existing architecture while reducing the environmental impact.
To celebrate the character of the Art Deco façade the brickwork and Crittal windows have been meticulously renovated. Behind in the industrial-style buildings, original features such as metal trusses and purlins have been sensitively refurbished.
